Przyszłe zmiany traktatów UE z perspektywy zagadnienia migracji

Streszczenie
Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza potencjalnych zmian w traktatach Unii Europejskiej z perspektywy prawa migracyjnego. Po wprowadzeniu autor przedstawia rys historyczny na kwestie migracji oraz analizowany obszar traktatowy oraz poza traktatowy. Następnie przedstawia zależność pomiędzy zagadnieniem migracji oraz Obszarem Przestrzeni Wolności, Bezpieczeństwa i Sprawiedliwości. Na tej podstawie szeroko analizuje zaproponowane zmiany traktatowe oraz prezentuje autorskie wnioski i oceny, które jego zdaniem w pewien sposób warunkują kierunek zmian.

Future revisions of the EU Treaties from the perspective of the migration issue
Summary
The object of this article is to analyse potential changes to the European Union Treaties from the perspective of migration law. After an introduction, the author provides a historical overview of the migration issue, and the treaty and non-treaty area analysed. He then presents the relationship between the issue of migration and the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice. On this basis, he extensively analyses the proposed treaty changes and presents the author's conclusions and assessments, which, in his opinion, in some way condition the direction of change.
