Streszczenie

<p>Artykuł przedstawia wielowymiarowe spojrzenie na problem przemocy wobec dzieci, skupiając się na ujęciu prawnym, psychologicznym oraz społecznym. We wstępie autorzy podkreślają wagę zagadnienia i konieczność systemowego reagowania. W części dotyczącej skali zjawiska ukazano niepokojące dane dotyczące częstotliwości oraz form przemocy wobec małoletnich w Polsce. Om&oacute;wiono r&oacute;wnież samo pojęcie przemocy, jej typy i długofalowe konsekwencje psychiczne dla dzieci, takie jak zaburzenia emocjonalne, lęki czy problemy w relacjach interpersonalnych. Gł&oacute;wnym punktem artykułu jest opis procedury &bdquo;Niebieskie Karty&rdquo;, stanowiącej podstawowy mechanizm interwencji w przypadku podejrzenia przemocy wobec dziecka. Autorzy przedstawiają metody działania instytucji objętych procedurą oraz ich wzajemną wsp&oacute;łpracę. W dalszej części opracowania podkreślono, że przemoc wobec dzieci nie jest tylko problemem jednostki, ale kwestią bezpieczeństwa publicznego, wymagającą zaangażowania opieki społecznej, służb mundurowych,oświaty, sąd&oacute;w oraz ochrony zdrowia. Na końcu artykułu zawarto wnioski wskazujące na potrzebę dalszego doprecyzowania systemu reagowania, wzmocnienia profilaktyki i edukacji społecznej w zakresie przeciwdziałania&nbsp;przemocy wobec małoletnich.&nbsp;</p>

Procedure for dealing with violence against minors – legal, psychological and public safety aspects

Summary

The article presents a multidimensional view of the problem of violence against children, focusing on legal, psychological and social perspectives. In the introduction, the authors stress the importance of the issue and the need for a systemic response. The section on the scale of the phenomenon presents disturbing data on the frequency and forms of violence against minors in Poland. It also discusses the concept of violence, its types and long-term psychological consequences for children, such as emotional disorders, anxiety or problems in interpersonal relations. The main point of the article is the description of the ‘Blue Cards’ procedure, which is the basic intervention mechanism in the case of suspected violence against a child. The authors present the methods of the institutions involved in the procedure and their mutual cooperation. The paper goes on to emphasise that violence against children is not just an individual problem, but a public safety issue, requiring the involvement of social welfare, uniformed services, education and health care. The article concludes with conclusions indicating the need for further clarification of the response system, strengthening of prevention and
social education in the field of preventing violence against minors.
